COVINGTON -- A popular night spot in Covington has closed its doors unexpectedly.

Jillian's announced Thursday on its Web site that it had closed its operation at 1200 Jillian's Way on Thursday.

A note on the Web site read:

"Dear Valued Patrons,

On Thursday, July 27th, 2006, Jillian?s of Covington, closed their doors after eight years as one of the Cincinnati markets premier entertainment venues.

Jillian?s would like to sincerely thank all of their customers who helped to make the club a local landmark."


Wonder what will happen to it?
Someone will surely try to turn it into something.
